It is important to know how to respond if an ICE agent approaches you at an airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have legal immigration status, carry identification with you. When possible, you should also carry documentation that verifies it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not have legal immigration status, traveling through an airport may increase your risk of coming into contact with immigration authorities or being detained. Before traveling, it is advisable to review your specific situation with an immigration attorney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
